The Life Story Company’s Laurie Patton Glasson has been a television reporter for more than a decade. One of her most cherished stories never appeared on television. Before her father, Richard, succumbed to dementia she conducted an on camera interview with him. Because he was fifty-two when she was born, she had a lot to learn about her Dad. Richard told her about growing up during the depression, being a drill instructor during World War II , his college football days, running his own business and his greatest labor of love raising ten children with the love of his life, Claire Patton. Now Laurie’s children will know their grandfather even though they’ll never meet in person. As the youngest of those ten children, nothing about Laurie’s Life Story has been average. The love of her family keeps her going everyday. Laurie has been honored both in the state of Missouri and nationally for her story telling ability and investigative skill. Now she wants to put those skills to work for you.
